Terms & Conditions — Small Business Saturday Spotlight Video Promo

  • This promotional offer is extremely limited, with a small number of production slots available. By purchasing, you are reserving a guaranteed filming slot and blocking time on our production calendar.
  • All sales are final. If a cancellation is requested after purchase:
  • A 25% cancellation fee will be applied.
  • Any remainder will only be refunded if your slot is replaced by another client.
  • Offer valid for local Arizona businesses only. Filming is included within a 35-mile radius of our studio located at:
  • 1820 E Ray Rd., Suite E300, Chandler, AZ 85225
  • Travel beyond this radius may incur additional fees.

Scheduling Requirements

  • A production planning call must be scheduled within 14 days of purchase.
  • Filming must be completed within 90 days of purchase unless mutually extended in writing.
  • Failure to follow scheduling requirements may result in loss of priority scheduling or additional fees.

No-Show & Rescheduling Policy

  • If the client is not present, not prepared, or the location is unavailable at the agreed filming time, the session will be considered a no-show.
  • A $250 rescheduling fee will apply to rebook a new filming date.
  • Rescheduling requests must be made no less than 72 hours in advance of the shoot date to avoid additional charges.

Filming Access & Preparedness

  • Client must provide timely access to locations and ensure that filming areas are in a ready and presentable condition.
  • Delays resulting from lack of preparation, staging, or setup may reduce total filming time or incur extra fees.

Deliverables

Included in this promotional offer:

  • 1 professionally produced Spotlight Video (interview + branded storyline)
  • 3–5 short-form promo clips (Small Business Saturday Bonus)

Revisions & Edits

  • Your project includes 1 round of revisions to the final Spotlight Video (minor edits such as lower-thirds adjustments, simple clip swaps, caption tweaks).
  • Additional revisions or re-edits outside the included round may incur editing fees starting at $150 per hour, quoted in advance.
  • Requests for edits after the final approval and delivery are treated as new paid revisions.

Usage Rights

  • Client receives royalty-free rights to use the final delivered video assets on all marketing channels.
  • 360 Integrated Marketing Solutions retains rights to showcase footage for its own marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
